Josef M. Mysorewala

Josef is a corporate and transactional law attorney who currently focuses his practice on start-ups and fast growing privately held companies looking to go public.  Josef routinely works with financial advisory firms and insurance servicing companies.  He also has experience in construction, technology development, and licensing law to support his wide array of corporate clients.

Josef has over 12 years of knowledge and background in the restaurant and franchise industry, allowing him to excel at representing current and prospective franchisees and franchisors with an array of issues.

Josef has gained niche experience in aviation law, including federal air carrier regulations, FAA certificate regulations, and aircraft lien law. 

Josef graduated from the University of Miami, School of Law in May of 2013.  As a law student and associate, Josef worked under former Mastec General Counsel, Michael G. Nearing. While attending law school, Josef provided pro bono immigration representation to individuals in the south Florida community through his participation in the University of Miami, School of Law Immigration Clinic.

Josef is currently a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, Washington D.C. Bar and is authorized to practice before the United States Federal Court in and for the Southern District of Florida.
